According to the procedure for the synthesis of 3-(pyridin-3-yl)-1H-indazole-6-carbaldehyde, except substituting 1-methyl-4-(5-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxa-borolan-2-yl)pyridin-2-yl)piperazine (67 mg, 0.22 mmol), the title compound was obtained as a beige solid (57 mg, 99%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CD3OD) δ ppm 10.11 (s, 1H), 8.73 (d, J=2.3 Hz, 1H), 8.16 (dd, J=8.8, 2.3 Hz, 1H), 8.14 (s, 1H), 8.09 (d, J=8.3 Hz, 1H), 7.72 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 7.05 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H), 3.83-3.78 (m, 4H), 3.01 (t, J=5.0 Hz, 4H), 2.67 (s, 3H); MS ESI 322.1 (100) [M+H]+, calcd for [C18H19N5O+H]+ 322.16.
