According to the method of A57B, oxindole (39 mg, 0.29 mmol) was reacted (E)-3-(4-(morpholinomethyl)styryl)-1-((2-(trimethylsilyl)ethoxy)methyl)-1H-indazole-6-carbaldehyde (116 mg, 0.25 mmol) to give the title compound as a yellow solid upon silica gel purification (95:5 CH2Cl2/MeOH) (95 mg, 64%).
