A mixture of N-(6-bromo-1H-indazol-4-yl)-2-pyridinecarboxamide (70 mg, 0.22 mmol), 1H-indol-6-ylboronic acid (42 mg, 0.26 mmol), Pd(dppf)Cl2 (10 mol %, 22 mg, 0.027 mmol), aqueous sodium carbonate solution (2M, 0.328 ml, 0.656 mmol) in dioxane/water 1:1 (3 ml) was heated at 150° C. for 15 mins under microwave irradiation. The reaction mixture was filtered through a silica cartridge eluting with MeOH. The solvent was removed in vacuo. The crude compound obtained was purified by mass directed preparative HPLC (Method B) to afford the title compound (9 mg).
