A mixture of N-(6-bromo-1-methyl-1H-indazol-4-yl)-6-methyl-2-pyridinecarboxamide (50 mg, 0.14 mmol), indole-4-boranepinacoloate ester (40 mg, 0.18 mmol, commercially available), Pd(dppf)Cl2 (22 mg, 0.03 mmol) and sodium carbonate (2M aqueous, 0.26 ml) in 1,4-dioxane (2 ml) was heated to 150° C. under microwave conditions for 10 minutes. The mixture was extracted with dichloromethane (2×15 ml) and concentrated in vacuo and the residue was purified by HPLC (Method B) to afford the title compound (23 mg).
