A mixture of the product from step (iv) (525 mg) and butylamine (3 ml) in BuOH (14 ml) was heated under reflux for 5 h. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure and the residue partitioned between EtOAc/water. The organics were separated, dried and evaporated under reduced pressure to give the subtitle compound as a gum, 610 mg.
