Reaction of {1-piperidin-4-yl-3-[4-(7-{[2-(trimethylsilyl)ethoxy]methyl}-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]azetidin-3-yl}acetonitrile trihydrochloride with 5-chloro-2-trifluoromethylisonicotinoic acid following the procedure described for Example 1, followed by HPLC purification (method B) provided the title compound. LC-MS: 570.2 (M+H)+. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 12.08 (brs, 1H), 8.92 (, 1H), 8.80 (s, 1H), 8.67 (s, 1H), 8.40 (s, 1H), 8.11 (d, J=14.09 Hz, 1H), 7.59 (d, J=3.30 Hz, 1H), 7.04 (d, J=3.30 Hz, 1H), 4.07 (m, 1H), 3.73 (m, 2H), 3.56 (m, 2H), 3.52 (s, 2H), 3.26 (m, 2H), 2.98 (m, 1H), 2.53 (m, 1H), 1.69 (m, 2H), 1.25 (m, 2H).
