Procedure

In analogy to example 89, step 2, from 4′-[(S)-3-(2-methyl-pyridin-4-yl)-3-oxo-1-o-tolyl-propyl]-biphenyl-4-carboxylic acid (example 95, step 1) and (R)-(+)-1-phenylethylamine was prepared the title compound as a white foam, MS (ESI+): m/z=539.4 ([M+H]+).
