In analogy to example 80, step 1, from 3-(3-bromo-phenyl)-1-(2-methyl-pyridin-4-yl)-3-o-tolyl-propan-1-one (example 98, step 5) and ethyl cyanoacetate was prepared the title compound as a light yellow oil, MS (ESI+): m/z=427.2 ([M+H]+).
