In analogy to example 85, step 1, from 3-(4-bromo-phenyl)-1-(2-methyl-pyridin-4-yl)-3-o-tolyl-propan-1-one (example 74, step 5) and pent-4-ynoic acid methyl ester was prepared the title compound as a brown oil, MS (ESI+): m/z=426.2067 ([M+H]+).
