Reaction Steps
In analogy to example 74, step 7, from 3-(3-bromo-phenyl)-1-(2-fluoro-6-methyl-pyridin-4-yl)-3-o-tolyl-propan-1-one and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of NaHCO3 was prepared the title compound as a white foam, MS (ESI+): m/z=427.0801 ([M+H]+, 1Br).
