In analogy to example 166, step 1, 5-[3-(4-bromo-phenyl)-3-o-tolyl-propionyl]-1-methyl-1H-pyridin-2-one (example 162, step 3) was reacted with 3-fluoro-4-methoxycarbonylphenylboronic acid in the presence of dichloro(1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene)palladium(II) dichloromethane adduct in a mixture of 1,4-dioxane, water and 2 M aqueous sodium carbonate solution to give the title compound as an off-white solid, MS (ESI+): m/z=484.3 [M+H]+.
