Reaction Steps
In analogy to example 151, step 3, 5-[3-(4-bromo-phenyl)-3-o-tolyl-propionyl]-1-cyclopropylmethyl-1H-pyridin-2-one was reacted with hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of NaHCO3 to give the title compound as a colorless foam, MS (ESI+): m/z=465.1 [M+H]+.
