In analogy to example 161, step 1, 5-[3-(4-bromo-2-fluoro-phenyl)-3-cyclopentyl-propionyl]-1H-pyridin-2-one was reacted with iodomethane in the presence of potassium carbonate to give the title compound as a colorless oil, MS (ESI+): m/z=406.3 [M+H]+.
