In analogy to example 161, step 1, 5-[3-(4-bromo-phenyl)-3-o-tolyl-propionyl]-4-methyl-1H-pyridin-2-one was reacted with iodomethane in the presence of potassium carbonate to give the title compound as a colorless foam, MS (ESI+): m/z=424.2 [M+H]+.
