In analogy to example 162, step 2, 3-(4-bromophenyl)-3-(4-fluoro-2-methylphenyl)-1-(6-methoxypyridin-3-yl)propan-1-one was reacted with concentrated aqueous HCl in 1,4-dioxane to give the title compound as a colorless solid, MS (ESI+): m/z=416.05 [M+H]+.
