Reaction Steps
In analogy to example 162, step 2, 3-(4-bromophenyl)-3-(4-chloro-2-methylphenyl)-1-(6-methoxypyridin-3-yl)propan-1-one was reacted with concentrated aqueous HCl in 1,4-dioxane to give the title compound as a colorless solid, MS (ESI+)=432,019 [M+H]+.
