In analogy to example 161, step 1, 5-(3-(4-bromophenyl)-3-(4-chloro-2-methylphenyl)propanoyl)pyridin-2(1H)-one was reacted with iodomethane in the presence of potassium carbonate to give the title compound as a colorless solid, MS (ESI+): m/z=446.03 [M+H]+.
