In analogy to example 151, step 3, 5-(3-(4-bromophenyl)-3-(4-chloro-2-methylphenyl)propanoyl)-1-methylpyridin-2(1H)-one was reacted with hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of NaHCO3 to give the title compound containing 10% of the corresponding Z isomer as a colorless foam, MS (ESI+): m/z=461.05 [M+H]+.
