In analogy to example 151, step 3, 5-[3-(4-bromo-phenyl)-3-(4-chloro-2-fluoro-phenyl)-propionyl]-1-methyl-1H-pyridin-2-one was reacted with hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of NaHCO3 to give the title compound containing 12% of the corresponding Z isomer as an off-white foam, MS (ESI+): m/z=463.0 [M+H]+.
