In analogy to example 161, step 1, 5-(3-(4-bromophenyl)-3-(2-fluorophenyl)propanoyl)-pyridin-2(1H)-one was reacted with iodomethane in the presence of potassium carbonate to give the title compound as a colorless solid, MS (ESI+): m/z=414.0 [M+H]+.
