Reaction Steps
In analogy to example 207, step 2, 4-[(S)-1-(4-chloro-2-methyl-phenyl)-3-(2-methyl-pyridin-4-yl)-3-oxo-propyl]-benzoic acid (example 282, step 3) was coupled with dimethylamine hydrochloride using benzotriazol-1-yloxytris(dimethylamino)phosphonium hexafluorophosphate in tetrahydrofuran to give the title compound as an off-white foam, MS (ESI+): m/z=421.1 [M+H]+.
