Reaction Steps
In analogy to example 203, step 1, (E)-5-(3-(4-chloro-2-fluorophenyl)acryloyl)-1-methylpyridin-2(1H)-one (example 314, step 2) was reacted with 4-(hydroxymethyl)phenyl-boronic acid in the presence of chloro(1,5-cyclooctadiene)rhodium (I) dimer and sodium hydrogencarbonate in 1,4-dioxane and water at 60° C. to give the title compound as a colourless foam, MS (ESI+): m/z=400.2 [M+H]+.
