In analogy to example 222, step 1, 5-[3-(4-chloro-2-methyl-phenyl)-3-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-propionyl]-1-methyl-1H-pyridin-2-one (example 346, step 1) was reacted with 3-methoxycarbonylphenylboronic acid in dichloromethane in the presence of copper(II) acetate, pyridine and air to give the title compound as a colourless solid, MS (ESI+): m/z=516.4 [M+H]+.
