In analogy to example 353, step 2, 5-[3-(4-amino-phenyl)-3-(4-chloro-2-methyl-phenyl)-propionyl]-1-methyl-1H-pyridin-2-one (example 353, step 1) was reacted with cyclopropane-sulfonyl chloride in pyridine to give the title compound as an off-white solid, MS (ESI+): m/z=485.2 [M+H]+.
