In analogy to example 363, step 1, from (S)-3-(4-bromo-phenyl)-3-(4-chloro-2-methyl-phenyl)-1-(2-methyl-pyridin-4-yl)-propan-1-one (example 282, step 1) in presence of potassium hydroxide, 2-di-tert-butylphosphino-2′,4′,6′-triisopropylbiphenyl and tris(dibenzylidene-acetone)dipalladium(0) was prepared the title compound as a light yellow foam, MS (ESI+): m/z=366.1 ([M+H]+).
