The title compound was prepared in analogy to example 166, from (−)-5-[3-(4-bromo-phenyl)-3-(4-chloro-2-methyl-phenyl)-propionyl]-1-methyl-1H-pyridin-2-one and 4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)benzenesulfonamide (CAS RN 214360-51-7). The compound was purified by silica gel chromatography on a 10 g column using a MPLC system eluting with a gradient of n-heptane:ethyl acetate (100:0 to 100:0). Light brown solid. MS (ESI+): m/z=521.1 ([M+H]+).
