Reaction Steps
3.5 g 1-Boc-4-(3-azidopropyl)-piperazine was dissolved in 30 ml MeOH/DCM (3/1) and 10 ml TFA were added. The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 20 min and the product precipitated by the addition of 150 ml tert-Butyl-methyl ether. Yield 2.3 g.
