Reaction Steps
15.5 mg (33 μmol) 4-{4-[6-(4-ethyl-6-oxo-1,4,5,6-tetrahydro-pyridazin-3-yl)-benzoxazol-2-yl]-phenoxymethyl}-piperidine as hydrochloride are stirred together with 2.6 μl (34 μmol) methanesulphonic acid chloride, 14 μl (100 μmol) triethylamine and 2 ml DCM at RT overnight within the next 4 days a further 14.4 μl methanesulphonic acid chloride and 24.5 μl triethylamine are added batchwise. Then the reaction mixture is combined with DCM and extracted 2× with 25 ml of water+3 drops of glacial acetic acid, 5% sodium carbonate solution and sat. saline solution. The solv. of the org. phase is evaporated off completely i.V. and the residue is stirred with cyclohexane/EA.
