107 mg (194 μmol) 3-(4-methoxy-benzyl)-5-{2-[4-(2-morpholin-4-yl-ethoxy)-phenyl]-benzoxazol-6-yl}-3,4-diaza-bicyclo[4.1.0]hept-4-en-2-one and 2 ml TFA are stirred in the microwave for 30 min at 150° C. The reaction mixture is made basic with 10% sodium carbonate solution, the precipitate formed is filtered off and the residue is purified on silica gel (eluant: DCM/methanol/ammonia).
