To a solution of (5Z)-5-({1-[2,4-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzyl]piperidin-4-yl}methylidene)-4-{[4-(diethylamino)but-2-yn-1-yl]amino}-1,3-thiazol-2(5H)-one (540 mg) in ethyl acetate (3 mL) was added tosylic acid monohydrate (183 mg) at room temperature. The reaction mixture was stirred at 60° C. for 5 min. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure, and the obtained solid was recrystallized from ethanol/heptane to give the title compound (380 mg).
