Reaction Steps

To a solution of (2S)-2-amino-2-(1-hydroxycyclopropyl)-N,N-dimethylethanamide (60 mg) in ethanol (1 mL) was added 4-thioxothiazolidin-2-one (51 mg) at room temperature. The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (NH, ethyl acetate/hexane) to give the title compound (13 mg).
