Procedure
The title compound was prepared in an analogous manner to that described in Example 246 using 4-(5-chloro-2-fluoropyridin-3-yl)-N,N-bis(4-methoxybenzyl)-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-amine and 5-fluoropyridin-3-amine (Matrix Scientific), and was isolated as an orange amorphous solid (10%). m/z (ESI, +ve ion) 332.0 (M+H)+. 1H NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ 12.27 (1H, s); 8.77-8.84 (2H, m); 8.44-8.51 (2H, m); 8.21 (1H, d, J=2.5 Hz); 8.05 (1H, br. s.); 7.91 (1H, br. s.); 2.47 (3H, s).
