The title compound is prepared from (R)-4-(5-chloro-2,3-dihydro-furo[2,3-c]pyridin-2-yl)-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (Intermediate 34, the configuration of the stereocenter is arbitrarily assigned) and 1-(methylsulfonyl)-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine following a procedure analogous to that described for Intermediate 7. LC (method 5): tR=1.10 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=464 [M+H]+.
