The title compound is prepared from N-hydroxy-4-[5-(1-methanesulfonyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydro-pyridin-4-yl]-2,3-dihydro-furo[2,3-c]pyridin-2-yl)-piperidine-1-carboxamidine and butyryl chloride following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 8. LC (method 5): tR=1.10 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=474 [M+H]+.
