Procedure
The title compound is prepared from (R)—N-hydroxy-4-[5-(1-methanesulfonyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydro-pyridin-4-yl)-2,3-dihydro-furo[2,3-c]pyridin-2-yl]-piperidine-1-carboxamidine (Intermediate 45; the configuration of the stereocenter is arbitrarily assigned) and 1-methyl-cyclopropanecarbonyl chloride following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 8. LC (method 6): tR=1.53 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=486 [M+H]+.
