The title compound is prepared from (S)-4-[5-(1-methanesulfonyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydro-pyridin-4-yl)-2,3-dihydro-furo[2,3-c]pyridine-2-yl]-piperidine-1-carbonitrile (Intermediate 46; the configuration of the stereocenter is arbitrarily assigned) and N-hydroxy-isobutyramidine following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 2. LC (method 6): tR=1.40 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=474 [M+H]+.
