Essentially following the procedures described for Intermediate 6, but using (±)-5-amino-1,3-dihydrospiro[indene-2,3′-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin]-2′(1′H)-one (described in Intermediate 5) in place of (S)-5-amino-1,3-dihydrospiro[indene-2,3′-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin]-2′(1′H)-one, the title compound was obtained. MS: m/z=316 (M+1).
