Pyridine 4-boronic acid (35.2 mg, 0.29 mmol), 1M Na2CO3 (0.52 ml, 0.52 mmol) and tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(0) (18 mg, 6 mol %) were added to a solution of 5-bromo-2-[(phenylmethyl)oxy]-N-4-pyridazinylbenzamide (may be prepared as described in Example 6; 100 mg, 0.26 mmol) in 1,2-dimethoxyethane (3 ml). The solution was heated at 140° C. in microwave for 25 minutes. The solvent was removed in vacuo and the residue purified by MDAP to yield the title compound as an off white solid. 22 mg.
