To a solution of (1aR,5aR)-2-(2,4-difluoro-phenyl)-1a,2,5,5a-tetrahydro-1H-2,3-diaza-cyclopropa[a]pentalene-4-carboxylic acid (1-hydroxymethyl-cyclopentyl)-amide (193 mg, 0.517 mmol) in dichloromethane (4 mL) was added Dess-Martin Periodinane (230 mg, 0.543 mmol). The mixture was stirred at 23° C. for 2 h, and purified by silica gel column chromatography to give the title compound (170 mg) as a white solid. LCMS m/z=372.3 [M+H]+.
