The title compound was prepared in a manner similar to that described in Method G, using Intermediate 1 (see Example 1.1) and 2-amino-2-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)ethanol. LCMS m/z=404.4 [M+H]+; 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ ppm 0.46-0.50 (m, 1H), 1.15 (td, J=7.8 and 4.8 Hz, 1H), 1.40-1.53 (m, 2H), 1.70 (d, J=12.6 Hz, 2H), 1.93-2.03 (m, 1H), 2.08-2.15 (m, 1H), 2.24-2.32 (m, 1H), 2.94 (d, J=16.8 Hz, 1H), 3.06 (dd, J=16.8 and 6.2 Hz, 1H), 3.33-3.43 (m, 2H), 3.77-3.85 (m, 3H), 3.95-4.02 (m, 2H), 6.99-7.05 (m, 3H), 7.59-7.66 (m, 1H).
