Procedure
To a solution of MeOH.HCl, Boc protected amine 138 (2 gm, 4.03 mmol) was added and the resulting mixture was stirred for 1 hr. After completion of reaction, solvent was removed under reduced pressure, washed with water followed by addition of NaHCO3 and extracted with DCM. The organic layer was dried over Na2SO4 and evaporated under reduced pressure to afford product 139 (1.5 gm, 94.30% yield).
