Procedure
Method as described for example 51, using cyclopropylamine and (S)-ethyl 2-(3-fluoro-4-((phenoxycarbonyl)amino)phenyl)-4-(3-methylmorpholino)-5H-pyrrolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine-6(7H)-carboxylate as starting materials. The mixture was reduced in vacuo and purified by flash SCX2 chromatography affording the title compound (11 mg, 0.023 mmol, 40%).
