Reaction Steps
Method as example 85 using (S)-3-fluoro-4-(7-methyl-4-(3-methylmorpholino)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropyrido[3,4-d]pyrimidin-2-yl)aniline and ethyl isocynate as starting materials. The solvent was removed in vacuo and purified by prep HPLC (low pH) yielding the title compound (4.3 mg, 0.01 mmol, 6%).
