Method as intermediate 5 using 1-(3-hydroxyphenyl)-3-(4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl)urea and (S)-ethyl 2-chloro-4-(3-methylmorpholino)-5H-pyrrolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine-6(7H)-carboxylate (intermediate 11) as starting materials. Reaction mixture was concentrated in vacuo and purified by prep. HPLC (low pH) to afford a brown solid, 22 mg (8% over 2 steps).
