Reaction Steps
Proceeding as in Example 1, but substituting 2-(thiazolidin-3-yl)acetic acid hydrochloride and (S)-2-amino-3-(benzyloxy)-N-(4-(4-fluorophenoxy)phenyl)propanamide, gave Compound 235, (S)-3-(benzyloxy)-N-(4-(4-fluorophenoxy)phenyl)-2-(2-(thiazolidin-3-yl)acetamido)propanamide (9.3 mg, 22.8%). MS (EI) for C27H28FN3O4S. found 510.5 (MH+).
