Reaction Steps
Proceeding as in Example 1, but substituting 3-methylbutanoic acid hydrochloride and (S)-2-amino-3-(benzyloxy)-N-(4-(4-fluorophenoxy)phenyl)propanamide, gave Compound 233, (S)—N-(3-(benzyloxy)-1-(4-(4-fluorophenoxy)phenylamino)-1-oxopropan-2-yl)-3-methylbutanamide (3 mg, 53.8%). MS (EI) for C27H29FN2O4. found 465.5 (MH+).
