Reaction Steps
Proceeding as in Example 1, but substituting (S)-2-(2-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)pyrrolidin-1-yl)acetic acid hydrochloride and (S)-2-amino-3-(benzyloxy)-N-(4-(4-fluorophenoxy)phenyl)propanamide, gave Compound 103, (S)-tert-butyl 1-(2-((S)-3-(benzyloxy)-1-(4-(4-fluorophenoxy)phenylamino)-1-oxopropan-2-ylamino)-2-oxoethyl)pyrrolidine-2-carboxylate (3 mg, 42.3%). MS (EI) for C33H38FN3O6. found 592.7 (MH+).
