Reaction Steps
Proceeding as in Example 1, but substituting 2-phenylacetic acid hydrochloride and (S)-2-amino-3-(benzyloxy)-N-(4-(4-fluorophenoxy)phenyl)propanamide, gave Compound 249, (S)-3-(benzyloxy)-N-(4-(4-fluorophenoxy)phenyl)-2-(2-phenylacetamido)propanamide (3 mg, 50.1%). MS (EI) for C30H27FN2O4. found 499.6 (MH+).
