Procedure

In a manner analogous to the preceding Example, by reacting 3-amino-2-methylamino-1-(2-hydroxy-3-[2-(2,6-dimethylphenylamino)-ethylamino]-propoxy)-benzene trihydrochloride with formic acid, there are obtained 2.1 g. (14% of theory) of the desired compound; m.p. 94°-96° C. (after recrystallization from ethanol/diethyl ether).

Workup

  1. customare obtained 2.1 g
