Reaction Steps
In analogy to example 3.1, 1-(4-Fluoro-phenyl)-1H-indol-5-ol and 1,3-dibromopropane were converted to yield 5-(3-Bromo-propoxy)-1-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-1H-indole as colorless solid 61-62° C., MS: 347 (M, 1Br).
